★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここの会社で保険を契約し、ある程度の期間経って解約したくなったので、担当営業に連絡したのですが、連絡を無視されました。
直接会社に確認したところ、その担当営業なら辞めたと言われました。
自分が契約していた保険はそこまで高額なものではありませんでしたが、それでも普通は営業が退職する際には、担当営業と引き継ぎの営業が一言挨拶をしてくるものではないのでしょうか？
契約取ったら、もう用無しということなのでしょう。
この会社は信用できないなと思ったのと、代理店を挟むのも面倒になったので、保険会社に直接連絡して解約手続きを行いました。
保険の代理店は世の中に山ほどあるので、この会社は利用しない方が良いと思います。
 I had an insurance policy at this company and wanted to cancel it after a certain period of time, so I contacted the sales representative, but the contact was ignored.

I thought that this company was unreliable, and it was troublesome to have an agency, so I contacted the insurance company directly and went through the cancellation procedure.
There are tons of insurance agencies out there, so I think you shouldn't use this company.
