ぴ	ぴぴぴぴ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 評価1もつけたくない賃貸管理会社です。物件を借りていた際に、設備不良でお電話した際には担当者がいないので折り返し電話します。と言われましたがそちらからは折り返しでかかって来た試しはなく、自分たちの都合の悪い事になると一切応じないような人たちです。流石に、痺れを切らし再度催促の電話を掛けないと何もやってくれない方しか働いていないのでしょうか？退去の際は入居する際に頂いた、返送用封筒に入れ退去届を送りましが1週間経っても音沙汰がなく届いた旨を確認した所届いていません。と言われた時は本当に驚きました。日商ベックスが手紙を受け取ってから無くしたにも関わらずこちらには一切伝えず、私たちが到着の旨を確認しなかったら家賃と更新料をぼったくりしたのでしょうか？笑退去後も敷金精算のお金を◯日に振り込みますと言われていましたが、振り込まれておらず再度電話した瞬間に振り込むような人達です。実際に精算書に書かれていた、金額よりも少なかったですが早く縁を切りたかったので無視しました。マンションのオーナー様はとても良い方でしたが、日商ベックスが管理会社の物件では一切契約したくないです。最悪な社会勉強でした。皆様も悪質な会社で借りないよう、事前にクチコミなど調べた方がいいですよ。 It is a rental management company that does not want to give a rating of 1.
