お酒は、ハートランドの生ビールも、
知多のハイボールを。どちらも良質！
日本酒にはたどり着けなかったの残念。
おつまみは、茄子とお餅と揚げ浸し、
アスパラの天ぷら、炙り明太子、
白レバーとナンコツと砂肝の串焼き、
いぶりがっことクリームチーズ、海老トースト！
すごい量だけど、5人でぺろりと（笑）
締めにはもちろん、蕎麦を?
鴨団子せいろもおいしかったけど、
梅と岩海苔のお蕎麦の方がコシがあった?
ただ、本当に全部美味しかった〜〜

普段焼き鳥は好みませんが こちらのお店の白レバ ぼんじり つくねはマストです！！
予約して行かないとお断りになりやすいかと。当日でも事前に電話でご確認ください！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 気さくなマスターとハツラツとした奥様が営む、スタイリッシュながらアットホームな雰囲気のお店。蕎麦はもちろんトロトロ卵の親子丼、サクサクの天麩羅も絶品。開店時間に行ったが既に数組店先で待っており、また常連さんが多くを占めるようでそれが何より人気の証拠か。コロナ対策にも細心の注意がうかがえ安心。
A stylish yet cozy shop run by a friendly master and a cheerful wife. Not only soba, but also the oyakodon with torotoro eggs and the crispy tempura are excellent. I went to the store at the opening time, but I've already been waiting for several groups at the storefront, and it seems that regulars occupy the majority, which is the proof of popularity above all. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ジャズが流れて、現代風の内装。メニューはシンプルで分かりやすい。辛味大根そばと、玉子とじそばを注文。細麺・腰あり・やや香りもあり。ざるの辛汁は、中庸の辛さで、だしの香りが前面に出たもの。
一番、美味しいと感じたのは、玉子とじの温かいつゆ。土日は、家族連れがうるさいので、平日がお勧めです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 【店内禁煙?外OK】本格石臼挽き蕎麦。しっかりと〆てあるので歯応えと噛んだときの香りが楽しめる。蕎麦だけなら⭐⭐⭐⭐なんですが、蕎麦猪口につゆが注がれてとり、①徳利で調節できないこと②蕎麦の強さと返しの強さのバランスが悪く蕎麦が勝っちゃう。この素晴らしい蕎麦に負けない返しになることを期待。ということで⭐⭐⭐にしました。まだ店主若そうだし進化することでしょう。
