★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東急田園都市線・あざみ野駅の改札内にあるお蕎麦屋さんです。交通系ICカード対応の券売機で食券を買って厨房カウンターに出して注文し、番号が書かれた半券を持って席でできあがりを待つタイプのお店です。番号が呼ばれたらお盆を持って席に戻っていただきます。今回はカツ丼ともりそばのセットを注文。まずはそばを一筋。カドが立っていて蕎麦の香りも楽しめる良いそばです。次にそばを一たぐりつゆにくぐらせて啜ります。つゆはカエシが利いたやや辛め。大好きですこういうの。カツ丼はしぶそばさんならではの安定した旨さ。グリンピースが載ってるのが郷愁感を誘います。大満足のランチでした。ご馳走様でした。

Katsudon has a stable taste unique to Shibusoba-san. The green peas are on it, which gives a feeling of nostalgia. It was a very satisfying lunch. It was a treat.

店内明るく清潔です。駅そばならではで提供は早く時間がない時には最適です。
膝を痛めていたので、入り口の階段ありで☆マイナス１個です。

東急電鉄グループ内東急グルメフロントさんが運営されてるお蕎麦やさん。ですので、東急線の駅にはチラホラあります。
冷やしたぬきそば（400円）
タヌキ、サクサクの天かすがたっぷり乗ってます。蕎麦によくからみます。つゆも甘さ控えめのしっかりしたつゆで蕎麦と相性も良いです。
極細そば。いい塩梅のちょい硬めな感じがちょうど良く私は好みです。
冷しかき揚げ（440円）
かき揚げは、メインは玉ねぎや人参ですが季節ごとで食材が変わります。大きくてサクサクで満足度あります。
好みですが、蕎麦、天ぷら価格や品質、同業態の中では一歩抜きん出てると思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 味は富士そばよりは上、箱根そばよりは下といった所でしょうか。入口が狭くて密になりますが、店内は清潔です。ただしコロナ対策のアクリル板はなく、コロナ対策は不徹底なように見受けられました。あと下膳の際にお客さんが挨拶しても、店員は基本的に他の授業員とのお喋りに夢中のようで無視していましため、傍から見ていて良い感じは受けませんでした。
