★ ★ ★ ★ ★ これまでも、店員の顧客対応の悪さ（要領の悪さ）、客をイラッとさせる点が気になっていた。今回はそれが頂点となった。予約の電話で18:30分スタートだけが空いているということで予約。これで本日は満席とのこと。時間制限を設けているということで90分間とのことであった。店に18:25分に到着。未だ前の客が精算をしているということで外で待たされる。テーブルへの案内は6:45分。ビールと各種肉類をオーダーする。店員が18時55分にコロナ禍でアルコールは19時ラストオーダーということで注文を聞きに来る。最初のビールが出てきて8分ほどしか経過していない。その後19時15分に今度は食事のラストオーダーの時間だということで注文を聞きに来る。3品ほど依頼する。そうこうしているうちに客も減った、19時45分に3名が入店。その客が食事のオーダーをする。19:15分ラストオーダーという案内は何だったのか? 予約時間に来ていたが15分も入店を待たせて、ラストオーダーの時間はその分遅らせることをしないにもかかわらず、その30分後の来店の顧客オーダーを取るのならこちらに配慮しろ。その後予約していないがと客が来店したが、本日は20時で閉店と断っていた。それを聞いた19:45分に入店した顧客が困惑した表情になっていた。もうわけが分かりません。もう2度と行かない、

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20年前からここにとても美味しい焼肉屋さんがあると聞いていて、何度となく訪問しようとしたが、やっと伺うことができた。大変丁寧にお客さんを扱う様子は感じたが、一番の問題はファミリー層が多く、にファミレスなどでよくある、子供の「椅子渡り」「通路ランニング」を体験させて貰った。これは当然親の躾の問題でもあるが、お店の方も敏感に反応して欲しいところ。本題のお肉の方は、確かに美味しい。お値段も内容以上にこなれている感じ。驚いたのは冷麺の出来。正直こんなに細麺の冷麺は初めてだが、細いのに強いコシは圧巻。すっかり気にいってしまった。次回はファミリー層にブチ当たらないことを祈りつつ、リピします

まず店員の数が少ないからか、ホールが回っていません。オーダーするにも時間がかかるし、お料理がくるのも時間がかかるし、お会計するのにも時間がかかる。必然的にお店の滞在時間が長くなります。
お料理のコスパは？です。お高めな値段設定だとは思いますが、正直なところ見合っていないかも。つけるタレがイマイチなのも原因の一つかもしれません。網を沢山交換してくれるのには助かりましたし、子供用のカトラリーを何も言わずにに出していただけたのも助かりました。
またコロナ禍にも関わらず、席の合間の衝立もなく感染症対策に関しても疑問を感じました。
リピートはないです。
