書籍『うたづの祠』を参考に探したのですが、大変分かりにくい場所にありました。平山神社に入り、裏手にある稲荷大明神の上にあります。
起源は昭和29年頃、漁をしていたとき海上を流れていた仏像を家に持ち帰っておいたところ、病気になり、仏像の祟りと思い今の場所に祀ったそうです。

I searched for it with reference to the book "Utazu no Shrine", but it was in a very difficult place to understand. Enter Hirayama Shrine and it is located above Inari Daimyojin in the back.
The origin is around 1954, when I brought back the Buddha statue that was flowing over the sea when I was fishing, I got sick and thought that it was a curse of the Buddha statue and worshiped it at the present place.
