ジビエ料理をいただきました。猪鹿のハンバーグは美味しかったのですが、温めが足りなかったのかやや冷たかったのが残念です。猪鹿のフランクソーセージ、鹿の赤ワイン煮はなかなか美味しかったです。独特の臭みもなく、新鮮な食材を使っているのが分かります。肉系つまみで飲みたい方はオススメです。コスパもまあまあ。高山で飲むならここはアリです。クレジットカード決済可能。

猪、鹿、熊の食べ比べ串焼きが920円。ジビエが手頃な値段で食べられる。手書きのお勧めにはアナグマの鍋1500円とか、熊の指800円とかあって驚きます。酒もスズメ蜂酒とか、蛇酒とか色々あって珍味を堪能しました。カードも使えます。

高山に一泊ツーリングでの食事に利用しました。高山らしい高山でしか食べられない物を探していたら、こちらのジビエ料理を見つけ、他では中々食べられないと思い伺いました。 「高山でこなる横丁」という屋台村の中にあり、知らないと見つけるのが大変だと思います。 屋台村に入れば直ぐに見つかります。 店内はコの字のカウンターのみで、中々の狭さです(笑) まずは鹿の刺身、クセが無くて馬刺しに近い感じです。 串焼きは刺身と感じが変わり、ジビエ食べてる感じがします。 一番美味しかったのは「熊シャブ」で、見た目はかなり脂身多めですが、脂身が甘くてクセが無く凄く美味しいです。 出汁にはキノコが入っていて、山の幸感たっぷりです。 お酒は地元酒造の日本酒、クラフト系?ビール、オリジナル果実酒等、種類が豊富です。 猟師一家が狩猟、加工、調理をしているそうで、美味しいジビエを楽しめます。

ジビエ料理が食べたいと思い入店。 駐車場はなし。 店内はカウンター席のみ。 席にて注文の後会計です。 ハイネケンビールと飛騨ジビエ食べ比べセットを注文。 でこなる横丁の一角にあるジビエ料理専門のお店です。 セットで出てきたのは鹿、猪、熊の串でした。 全て初体験でしたが、思ったよりも食べやすい印象です。 日頃食べることはない猟師飯をお値打ちに体験できる面白いお店でした。

ジビエ串食べ比べセット、お鍋、ウィンナー マムシのウォッカ、どれもとても美味しく 猟のお話や観光案内まで、家族で訪れましたが幸せなお時間と美味しいお料理をありがとうございました。 熊串は柔らかくジューシーで、猪串はコリっと噛みごたえがあり、鹿串はまろやかでしっとり。 お鍋は3月の冷えた体をポッカポカに温めてくれました。穴熊のお鍋を頼みました、初めての穴熊を頂けて貴重な体験でした。 飛騨高山を訪れた際は是非寄ってみて下さい。

ジビエを食べたのは初めてでしたがどれもクセが無く美味しく頂けました。働いている方は実際に狩猟をされている方のようで、狩猟の方法や難しさなど興味深い話を色々と聞かせてくださる気さくな方でした。4歳の子連れでしたが特に問題なく対応いただき助かりました。(高めの丸椅子なので、それに座れる子どもでしたら大丈夫と思います) ハイネケンの生ビールも◎でした。
