伺う前からタネよりお出汁に期待してました。ひとくちでもスっと鰹節の風味が広がり、あっさりでも旨みを感じる印象深いおでんでした。
お造りの〆鯖＆紋甲烏賊の旨みも効いてました。
 It was delicious.
I had been expecting for dashi from the seeds before visiting. The flavor of the bonito flakes spread quickly even with a bite.
The taste of the sashimi made of mackerel and crested squid also worked.

お料理は文句なく美味しく、店内の雰囲気も良いです。
ただ固定メニューを除いて日替わりは値段の表記がないので、お会計が読めない部分があります（実際、想像よりかなりお高かったです）。

The food is delicious and the atmosphere inside the restaurant is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 金曜日に予約なしで1人で行きましたが、快く入れてもらえました。とても自然なお出汁でいくらでも食べられる美味しさでした。
美味しいご飯をいただきながら、スタッフの動きを見ていると自然と笑みが浮かびます。
日本酒好きには沼になるであろうお店です

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First floor is lively with counter facing kitchen but second floor is totally isolated and receive little attention. Good oden with delicious soup but that is about all. There is only one chef so be prepared to wait for forty five minutes for your fried Spanish mackerel. Oden prices are cheap but other items such as sashimi must be super expensive (but prices not shown)
