有	有り難うございます・輝 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 来店後、担当のものが参ります。と案内されて10分位待たされた後。まだですか？と受付してくださった方に、声をかけたところ。インカムで確認してくださり、もう少しとの回答。待っていたら、少し前に、外(lunch)から帰って来られたスタッフが、お待たせしましたの言葉もなく、タバコの残り香をすごくさせての対応でした。携帯の設定は、購入時には丁寧にしてくださったことも、この度は修理だったせいか、何の設定もありませんでした。 UQ って、これまでも、ショップに足を運んで不明な点(初心者には)をうかがっても、こちらでは、お答え出来ない。操作、設定はお客様で、もしくは、加入して頂いていればお客様センターへの問い合わせをとの回答。ショップは、新規販売のためにあると言うことでした。ショップに足を運んで問い合わせる事ができるから安心(以前使用していた他社の携帯電話会社の経験から)と思っていたので、UQ さんには、驚きとショックを感じてしまいました。 After coming to the store, the person in charge will come.
