A	Aiko Ikegame on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 来店予約ができて便利。対応も丁寧だった。（後日追記、星の数を減らした）登録内容に3箇所も間違いが発覚した。どれも確認すればすぐに気付くものであり、ずさんな手続きに不信感を覚えた。 It's convenient because you can make a reservation to come to the store. The response was also polite. (Added later, the number of stars was reduced) Three mistakes were found in the registered contents. T	Tomonori Makihara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 事前予約ができ、入店後にスムーズにアテンドしてもらえました。店内は清潔で、快適に手続きが出来ました。 SIMのみの契約でしたが、スマホを店員さんに渡して店員さんがどんどん操作を進めます。何となく自分のスマホを人に渡して見えない所で操作されるのは嫌でした。 You can make a reservation in advance and have them attend smoothly after entering the store. The inside of the store was clean and the procedure was comfortable. When my first time make contract for portable WiFi, he asked me if i want to join insurance for the machine. I asked what is the cost if the machine broken. Staff said “ I don’t know! But insurance is cheap so everyone join” !!!! What ? I came back after a year to finish contract, another staff said “ call the company number on the box” whatever I asked him. He said “ I don’t know call them they will tell you.” What ??!!!!! I made contract here at this store!
