来店予約ができて便利。対応も丁寧だった。 (後日追記、星の数を減らした)登録内容に3箇所も間違いが発覚した。どれも確認すればすぐに気付くものであり、ずさんな手続きに不信感を覚えた。

事前予約ができ、入店後にスムーズにアテンドしてもらえました。 店内は清潔で、快適に手続きが出来ました。 SIMのみの契約でしたが、スマホを店員さんに渡して店員さんがどんどん操作を進めます。 何となく自分のスマホを人に渡して見えない所で操作されるのは嫌でした。
You can make a reservation in advance and have them attend smoothly after entering the store. The inside of the store was clean and the procedure was comfortable. Although it was a contract for SIM only, I will hand over the smartphone to the clerk and the clerk will proceed with the operation steadily. Somehow I didn't like to give my smartphone to people and operate it in an invisible place.

ガラケーから、初めての、スマホ切換えで伺いました。対応も丁寧で、尚且つ、前のキャリアでの違約金発生を抑えるべく検討をしていただきました。(違約金発生は覚悟で、サブキャリアへの切り替えだったので、こちらからお願いしたわけではないにも関わらず、調べてくださいました。)機種もそれにより経済的に購入できましたし、何より、貴重な提案に感謝です。現在、スマホフリップ入力修行中です。

スタッフの対応があまりよくないです。新しくポケットwifiを買おうと思ったのですが、自分は64才ですが 二十歳過ぎの男にいかにも買うんだろうみたいな 横柄な態度が気に入らず 今日は、止めとく又池袋で買うよと言ったら そこの店長らしき人に小言をもらうのを みました。 もう少し、優しく接してくれれば 何の不満もなく買ったのに? 客を大事にした方がいいと思うけど‼️

キャリア変更と機種変をお願いしましたが、わかりやすい説明と的確な判断、アドバイスをいただき、無事に変更できました。 本来ワクワクするはずの新機種が携帯に関してはドキドキすることが先立つように感じますが、不安を解消していただきました。

Staffs are very not helpful. They need more training to understand their products more. I visited second time and both staffs lack of knowledge of their service. When my first time make contract for portable WiFi, he asked me if i want to join insurance for the machine. I asked what is the cost if the machine broken. Staff said “ I don’t know! But insurance is cheap so everyone join” !!!! What ? I came back after a year to finish contract, another staff said “ call the company number on the box” whatever I asked him. He said “ I don’t know call them they will tell you.” What ??!!!!! I made contract here at this store!
