K	K A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大変恐縮ですが、おかしいと思いまして改めてコメントさせていただきます。 15時より予約したのにも関わらず、20分遅れの御案内で終了が16:30頃終とのこと。サイトには30-60分の作業時間が記載されており、予定が大きく狂いました。(15時予約で16時には終了だと思ってました。) 16時より予定あったため、お伝えしたところその場で謝罪はいただきました。作業終了時間は16:30頃とお伝えいただきましたが、予定があるため念のため16:20頃に早めに到着致しました。すると、もう作業は終了してるとこのと。連絡先は事前にヒヤリングされてます。流石に一報いただくのが筋では。。？あまりに失礼です。予約した意味が全くございませんし、予定が狂ってしまった旨お伝えしてますよ？なぜ作業終了した旨早くご連絡をいただけないのですか？画面はなおりましたので満足ですが、それはお金を払っておりますので当たり前のことです。正直他社さんより高いお金を払っています。このお時間含めたマイナスの分の取り返しが何もありません。携帯は治っているので、技術面は感謝を申し上げますが、対応があまりにずさんすぎたす。ある会社さんで、30分で10千円で対応いただいたことがあるため、正直納得が行きません。悲しいです。 I'm very sorry, but I think it's strange and I would like to comment again.
