2018/01 GLP第101回で利用させていただきました。 フグ・しゃぶしゃぶ専門店です。 雅コースをオーダーしました。 フグは人生初めて食べましたが、モチモチ感のある食感で結構歯ごたえがあるんですね。 お酒にフグヒレ酒を注文し堪能しました。 4人で伺いましたが、フグの量はは二匹オーバー使っているらしいですね。 ★4の理由は若干量が物足りなかったところですね。サラダがあればいい感じだったかもしれません。

創業72年已是第三代老闆的知名河豚料理店。有多種套餐可以選擇,需事前預約。 剛進店時,有一種老闆不想做外國人生意卻因為已接受訂位不得不接待的冷漠。第一次吃河豚,興奮又不知從何下手,隱約感覺到店家看鄉下土包子的嘲笑意味。 我們點選河豚料理和赤牛肉的涮涮鍋套餐。 河豚生魚片清脆彈牙,和一般生魚片的口感完全不同。生魚片包著藥蔥一起吃,味道超讚。魚皮和醬汁熬製而成的魚凍,沒有其他添加物,老闆娘說要儘快食用,否則很快就融化了。河豚肉裹著胡椒一起炸,食用前擠上檸檬汁,除肉質彈牙外口味相當清爽。新鮮的小卷沒有腥味,裡面的東西處理的很乾淨,一口塞大大滿足。 涮涮鍋的部分,赤牛肉份量不少,且肉質頗具水準,菜盤菜色種類雖不如台灣豐富,大蔥、金針菇、豆腐、山茼蒿...簡單卻足以提味。結束後提供麵條或白飯做雜炊。看起來份量不多,但餐後飽足感十足。 費用部分,除餐費外再外加服務費及税金。雖然價位偏高,但 真的好吃,值得品味。 也許是我們酒水點的多,單品追加的消費實力堅強,店家才漸漸釋出善意和笑容。
