★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If one is looking for professionalism, then one has to visit Unopulir at HERBIS Plaza. Ken speaks English, he is very professional and he will guide you with the best style that fits you. The place is also very elegant and very cool. Since I met Ken I always visit Unopulir and put my head in his hands. My recommendation definitely is Unopulir.

I had my hair dyed by Ken, he listened to exactly what I asked for and gave lots of advice on how to keep my hair in healthy condition. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed! This is an amazing salon with English speaking staff and knowledge of foreign hair!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The salon is sleek and posh, and you will definitely feel pampered. All the employee are amiable and hospitable. Ken, my hairdresser, is very skilled at what he does. He can also speak English which I'm very grateful for as a foreigner with limited Japanese skills. I always feel relaxed and catered to when I visit. Ken always gives me great product recommendations for my hair, and he does a great job explaining each step of the hair process. I have LOVED the hair transformations he's done for me this year. Highly highly recommend ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first time getting my hair cut in Japan and I was a bit nervous but I should not have been. I am really happy with the result! I got exactly what I asked for. Ken took the time to listen to what I wanted and made me feel welcomed. My Japanese is bad so Ken was kind enough to speak in English with me ( he is English is great so you will have no trouble making yourself understood). He was also happy to give me advice about how to look after my hair and even recommended some products.
I also had, for the first time in my life a head spaa, It was for sure a wonderful experience. I would recommend it to anyone. My hair feels amazing.
I would recommend it to anyone, I will be going back and I am already looking forward to my next visit :)
