や	やまてぃー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 秋田県初上陸。お昼はやはりご当地麺。直感でうのき食堂さんを訪問。うのきは地名のようですね。駐車場は無いようです。みなさんお店の前に駐車されてます。（あったらごめんなさい）暖簾が二重扉の内側に掲げてあるせいで、最初発見した時は休業かと思ったよ...。降りて確認して良かった良かった。店内入るとそこはもう昭和の食堂です。タイムスリップです。メニュー表も"価格"もです。いただいのは肉天中華¥700。安いと思います。中華そばにチャーシューと天ぷら衣？揚げ玉？がのったラーメンです。天ぷら蕎麦のチャーシュー追加ラーメン版とでも言うのでしょうか。間違いなくここだけのご当地麺です。非常に優しい口当たりです。天ぷら衣がいい仕事してます。ついついスープまで飲み干しちゃいます。おばあちゃんと若いお兄さん（お孫さんかな？）の2人で運営されておりました。優しさ溢れる接客とゆったりした時間の中で頂くご当地麺に秋田県の魅力を感じたひとときでした。おばあちゃん、お兄さん、ご馳走様でした。 First landing in Akita prefecture.
