味は薄いし麺はオーバーボイルで唇で噛みきれる程のデロデロ。ランチの飯時に誰も客がいなくて、おばちゃんが暇そうに客席で新聞読んでる様をみて、色々と察してしまった、、、

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 秋田では3店舗くらいしかない「どさん子」もおばちゃん１人で守り続けている。肉絲麺(ロースーメン)は青椒肉絲の肉じゃなくて普通のバラ肉のあんかけだったけど、普通の中華麺よりも太めでモチモチとしてて悪くない。醤油、味噌、塩、コーンスープ、ワカメなど様々なラーメンがありご飯ものもある。
