★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鎌倉時代を中心に繁栄した寺院跡で、現在は山全体が公園となっている。大きな岩の雲岩、断崖に建つお稲荷さん、民話の残る雨乞いのあか池、山頂には丹後地方では最大の「宝篋印塔（ほうきょういんとう）」がある。５千本といわれるヤマツツジの名所でもあり、秋には紅葉が、春にはソメイヨシノがライトアップされる。見どころはたくさんあり、天王堂内に安置されている地蔵菩薩坐像、毘沙門天立像、二天立像は町指定文化財である。SNSで人気の写真撮影スポットとなり脚光を浴びている。

There is a large rock cloud, Inari standing on a cliff, Aka Pond where folk tales are begging for rain, and the top of the mountain is the largest "Hokyointo" in the Tango region. It is also a famous spot for 5,000 azaleas, and the autumn leaves are lit up in autumn and the Yoshino cherry trees are lit up in spring. There are many attractions, and the Jizo Bodhisattva Statue, Bishamon Tenryu Statue and Nitenitsu Statue, which are enshrined in Tennodo, are designated cultural properties. It has become a popular photo spot on SNS and is in the spotlight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 天平年間に法道仙人により開かれた山岳修験の修行場から発展した雲岩寺の跡地を公園としたもの。法道仙人は丹波や播磨あたりに開基として名前を残すインドから渡来した伝説的な人物。名前からして密教と中国の仙術を習合したようなマジカルな人物だったのだろう。また、この地が現在は兵庫県の丹波市や丹波篠山市などの文化圏の影響下にあったことの痕跡かもしれない。
公園、と言いながらあちこちに寺院であったころの痕跡があり、またそれを巡る道もそこそこキツめ。
The park is the site of Unganji Temple, which was developed from the training ground for mountain training held by Hodo Sennin during the Tenpyo era. Hodo Sennin is a legendary person who came from India and left his name as Kaisan around Tamba and Harima. From the name, he must have been a magical person who learned esoteric Buddhism and Chinese hermitage. It may also be a trace that this area was currently under the influence of cultural areas such as Tamba City and Tamba Sasayama City in Hyogo Prefecture.
Although it is said to be a park, there are traces of the time when it was a temple here and there, and the road around it is also fairly tight.
