平日ランチで利用しました。 店内はとても清潔! うな重、てんぷら、とても美味しいです(o^^o) 今日は夫婦で来ましたが、 次はお互いの母を連れて 来たいな♪と、思いました。 鰻、天ぷらが食べたくなったら また来ます!

地域最上位の鰻屋さんかと。小骨を感じることのない蒸しと丁度いい焼き加減。あっさり目のタレです。

2021.11.13に初来店。結論から先に書くと、料理・店舗・接客ともすべて★5つの、再来店間違いなしのお店だった。 駐車場は店に向かって左手の駐車場内に店専用の駐車スペースが5台分ある。 店内は明るく、清潔感が溢れて好印象。 生ビール(660円)、肝焼き(330円)、うな重特(3300円)を注文(価格はすべて税別)。 肝焼きは一人1本の注文しかできないが、連れが食べないので2本いただく。 これがなんとも旨く、ビールも進んでしまう。 うなぎは蒸し加減・焼き加減とも素晴らしく、ほわほわ柔らかく、中はしっかり熱く、香り高く、味も奥深くて旨し! タレは甘すぎず辛すぎず、うなぎの味を引き立てる。 米は上質で硬過ぎず柔らか過ぎず、最適な炊き加減でこれまたうなぎの味を引き立てる。 お新香は自家製と思え、丁度良い漬かり具合で、これまたうなぎの味を引き立てる。 量も多目なのが嬉しい。 うなぎ屋さんのお新香は非常に重要な脇役である。 お新香を出来合いの漬物を出す店は要注意であるが、この店は違う。 肝吸いも上品な味で、中に入った肝も旨い。 テーブルの山椒はとても香り高く、たくさんかければ舌のしびれ感を感じる、上質なものであったのが嬉しかった。 料理の主役から脇役まで、非常にレベルが高い。 女将さんのほんわか優しい接客も素晴らしく、大将はお元気で明るい。 価格も控えめでとても助かる。 素晴らしいお店を見つけられた。 再来店しない理由が見つからない、超オススメのお店です。

うな重特、3,000円(+税)をいただきました。 ふんわりと柔らかな焼き加減で香ばしさもあり、あっさり目のタレということもあり鰻本来の味を堪能できます。付け合わせのお新香がたっぷりなのも嬉しい。 お昼時でしたが、恐らく地元の方々がひっきりなしに訪れて、予約をしていったり、テイクアウトしたお重を返しに来たり、その時の会話から親しまれている地元の老舗なんだと実感できます。

近すぎて行かない地元の店に行ってみようの巻。 (PayPay30もやってますし…) 午後からまだ仕事が残っている為、正午きっかりに伺う旨を伝えすぐに食べられるようにしてもらいました。 【注文】 ◎特上うな重 3750円 香の物 肝水付き ◎肝くし 330円 肝くしは数に限りがございますって書いてあるけど…一本に肝使いすぎなんじゃ?!笑。これで330円か〜!凄いな〜。 鰻は安くてボリュームがあって大満足。 川魚の香りを強く感じたので産地を尋ねてみると愛知県一色産のうなぎでした。 タレが薄味なので鰻の味と香りを存分に楽しむことができます。香りを強く感じたのもこの為でしょう。 半分はそのまま食べて、残り半分は粗挽きの山椒をひと振り。ん〜!良い香り! 冬の鰻は脂のってて旨いですよね。 福生駅周辺で飲むことってあまり無いけれど、ここは楽しそうだなぁ。 ご馳走様でした。
