し	しまりすマン on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても美味しかったです。美味しくないと言うのは何を食べたか書いてないし信憑性にかける気がします。食べたのは今回は松重。前回は竹重でした。タレとさんしょうは脇に置いてありますが使わなくていいと思いました。うなぎの焼けた香りと、はじめからかかってるタレの香りのバランスがちょうどよく、なんかもう一杯食べられそう。肝吸いも本当に美味しかったです。漬け物は奥さんが漬けてるのかな？いい塩梅でした。メニュー表は2019年8月22日現在です。 It was very delicious. S	Shotaro Mitsuzuka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜日の13時30分にお電話して予約。14時に大人4名で来店しました。お昼の営業時間ギリギリだった事もあるのかお客さんは自分たちのグループのみ。注文はうな丼(梅)×1、ご飯大盛り×2、山ざきうなぎ膳を注文。10分程度でうなぎが運ばれてきました。芳ばしいいい香りです。自分はうな丼(梅)ご飯大盛りをいただきます。うなぎとご飯を一口ぱくっと、「旨い〜」。うなぎもあっさりとしててタレも甘すぎず、しょっぱ過ぎず！好みのタレでした。このタレだけでご飯何杯も食べれそう！肝汁も出汁が効いててこちらにおしいいです。山ざきうなぎ膳は、ご飯の上に切ったうなぎがのっていて、よそって食べるようになっています。出汁がついててワサビをのせてお茶漬け風にして食べる事もでき、2倍の楽しみです。店内の雰囲気からも分かるように多賀城で長く商売されてるんでしょうね。リピート確定ですね。 Make a reservation by calling at 13:30 on Sunday. A bite of eel and rice, "delicious!" The eel is light and the sauce is not too sweet and not too salty! It was my favorite sauce. You can eat many cups of rice with just this sauce! Liver juice also works well and is good here. The Yamazuki Eel Set has eels cut on rice and eats away. There is dashi soup, you can put wasabi on it and eat it like a tea pickle. As you can see from the atmosphere inside the store, it's been a long time in Taga Castle. It is repeat confirmation.
