うな重いただきました。国産鰻皮目パリパリで脂落ちてて濃いめの味で好みでした。美味しかったー。

雨でしたが錦帯橋が目の前で岩国名物、岩国寿司を頂きました。錦帯橋を見ながら食べるのは最高?とても美味しいかった寿司好きにはたまりません?❤️??
岩国寿司は岩国藩主、吉川広家が合戦の準備するための保存食として町民に広がった説があり、別名「殿様寿司亅と言われています。
岩国に訪れたら岩国寿司を食べるべし?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ２階席の窓から錦帯橋と満開の桜が眺められて、美味しい蓮根の挟み揚げを食べながら、味覚と視覚で愉しめて癒やされました。

店員さんも気持ちいい対応で、料理長さんとお話しする機会があり、「他のお店の岩国寿司は白飯を使っているところが多いけれど、うちのお店は蓮根とにんじんとさわらを細かく刻んで混ぜているから味に深みがあるんだよ、そして、その作り方は自分が生まれる前からずっとそうなんだ」と教えてくれました！！たまたまお話が聞けたのですが、聞けて良かったです！そして、手作りのクリームブリュレも絶品でした。あの食感を出すのが難しい、、、とおっしゃってました。
ぜひ、寄ってほしいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昼過ぎに入りました。平日のおかげか直ぐに座れました。窓際はさすがに座れず、ちょっと奥でしたが、良い景色でした。
じゃのめ御膳を注文。そんなに待たされること無くいただけました。
お刺身は一切れづつでしたが新鮮で美味しく、岩国寿司はとっても美味しかったです。みた感じが大食いの私は少ないかなと思いましたが、満足でした。接客も申し分なくとっても気持ちいいお店でした。
錦帯橋によった時はまた行きたいお店です。
