★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「楽天モバイル三宮店」で契約したMNO（キャリア）のスマホで取り扱いが分からない点があったので聞きに行きました。
すると気の強そうなおばちゃんが「来るなオーラ」全開で迎えてくれました。
「ここはMVNO（格安シム）の楽天モバイルですから、MNOの楽天スマホは全く分かりません。」
でも、MVNOでも同じ機種を販売していて一般的な質問なんで教えてくださいと言っても、だ～めの一点張り。
ものすごーく嫌そうな顔で何も聞いてくれるな！！という態度でした。
家電量販店等にある単なる販売だけおこなってる店舗ではなく、
楽天のHPにもしっかりと紹介され、機種変更やSIMカードの再発行
ができるとうたわれているところなのにね？？
2020年春から本格的にMNO（キャリア）としてスタートする予定の楽天モバイル。前途多難。スタッフの再教育が急務でしょうな。

I went there and there was only one customer inside and two free employee. I asked them to explain the available plans in Japanese. But they said there is many customers before you and you may need to wait for three hours. My reply was it is okay please give me reservation ticket and I will come later. Then she asked me if my name is in katakana or kanji? I said katakana, she denied that I even can apply..
