かなりお待ちのお客さんいらっしゃってて忙しい中私の契約状況を調べて下さり携帯保証サービスに入ってて１年２ヶ月で充電器がダメになったので無料で交換可能だと教えてくださった
以前に三宮センター街店に充電器を持って行った時は保証期間が１年なので２日過ぎてるので有料で新しいのを買うしかないと言われた主人と同機種同時期に購入したので後一つの充電器を二人で使ってた
今回は商品代覚悟で行ったんですがラッキーでした。
でも、三宮センター街の対応は今一度ひどかったと思いました

This time I was ready for the product, but I was lucky.
But I thought that correspondence of Sannomiya center town was terrible once again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 友達のスマホにライン入れるつもりが入らないので買った店に聞きに行ったら駄目で此処の店で２２００円で入れて頂きました。何故入力出来なかったのか尋ねたら、引き継ぎか初めて使うか選択すべきだったとの事。1つ賢く成りました☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ どこの店でも同じだと思うけど、このショップも親切で仕事が出来る人と、知識が普通レベル以下の人がいる。レベル以下の人に当たると泣きを見る。
I think it's the same at every store, but this shop also has people who are kind and able to work, and people who have less than normal knowledge. If you hit someone below the level, you will see crying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新しく移転した店舗です。駐車場は隣の眼鏡屋山と共有のようです。台数も停めれるので近所の他社の様に駐車場待ちで本線上に並んでしまう事はありません。感染対策をちゃんとしてます。新しいので綺麗で小さな子が退屈しないようにキッズスペースもあり待ち時間に子供を遊ばせられます。
This is a newly relocated store. The parking lot seems to be shared with the neighboring spectacle shop mountain. Since the number of cars can be stopped, there is no need to line up on the main line waiting for a parking lot like other companies in the neighborhood. We have proper infection control measures. Because it is new, it is beautiful and there is a kids space so that small children will not get bored, so children can play while waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 有馬街道沿い｡二軒茶屋の交差点の目の前です。車でなければ行きにくい場所ですが､ｽﾀｯﾌさんは親切です。ﾀｲﾐﾝｸﾞが悪いと､かなり待たされますので､ﾈｯﾄで予約してから行かれる事をお勧めします。駐車場10台分あります。
