 It takes good care of the user. Whenever I visit, the staff will greet me comfortably.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここのケアマネージャーはほんとに最悪。態度は横柄だし高齢者に対する配慮はない。いくらなんでも20も30も歳の離れた人に対して赤ちゃん言葉はないでしょう。月に一回も来ないくせにほとんど毎日来てくれるヘルパーさんや看護師さんにも偉そうにしてて、そんなにケアマネージャーって偉いんですかね。特に主任とかになるとすごく偉いんでしょうね。新人の人でしょうか、委縮しちゃってかわいそうでした。こんな時代だから殿様商売なんでしょうけど、家族全員がっかりです。絶対にこんな施設には入れたくありません。
The care manager here is really the worst. The attitude is arrogant and there is no consideration for the elderly. No matter how far you are 20 or 30 years old, there will be no baby talk. Even though I don't come once a month, I'm trying to make it great for helpers and nurses who come almost every day, so I think the care manager is so great. Especially when it comes to the chief, I think it's really great. Perhaps it was a newcomer, I felt sorry for the atrophy. It's a business like this, but the whole family is disappointed. I definitely don't want to enter such a facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 祖母は比較的楽しそうです。
演歌を聞かせてもらえて嬉しいと。遊んで帰ってくると楽しかったといって疲れてすぐ寝てくれます。
ただ人と話す時間もう少し欲しいそうです。(コロナの影響で少ないのかな)
ただ時間の融通が全然きかない。介護者の話はほぼ聞いてもらえない。(コロナの影響もあるかも)
高齢者相手じゃ時間通りに行かない事もあるのはわかってるはずなのに厳しい。向こうは契約時間通りに来たりしないのに。こっちは他で時間取られてるだろうと、なにも言わずにいるけど向こうは言ってきます。
レストランとかホテルの方が遥かに融通ききます。
もう少し思いやりのある対応をしてほしい。
