★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先生はとても親切で丁寧な説明をして下さり地元では有名な病院です。ですが開院当時から受付スタッフは最悪でした。30年以上の間にスタッフは変わっても何故か受付スタッフは感じが悪いです。先生は星五つですが受付は星なしと言うような感じです。それでもこんなに混んでいるのは先生の実力だと思います。

初めて利用しても、どこの階でどうすればいいのか、待っていればいいのか声を掛ければいいのか何一つ説明してくれません。
そもそも受付に向かって目の前に立っているのに、来客を見ようともせず声もかけようとしない病院は初めてなので驚きました。
先生は悪くはないので、受付の失礼な対応にストレスを感じない方は利用しても良いと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日初めて行きました。受付の女の子の対応の悪さに驚きました。今時こんな対応するクリニックは有りません。反社の人より酷かった。名前を聞いたのですが珍しい名字の為聞き取れませんでした。頭に来たので、お前生意気な女だなって言って出て来ました。クリックはこのような対応の悪い女を雇用してる限り先生の評判が良くても患者さんは離れて行くでしょう。残念です。令和２年1月22日金曜日14時26分眼鏡小柄な女お前だよ！俺のことも覚えているだろう。

数日後、痛みは酷くなりほぼ動けない程に。やむを得ず救急車を呼び、精密検査の結果
かなり危険な状態と分かり、そのまま緊急手術を受ける為専門の病院へ。搬送の最中に亡くなる可能性もあると説明を受ける。
その後母は運よく助かりましたが、１時間毎に死亡率が１%上昇すると言われる病気に対して、『しばらく様子を見ましょう』と診断を下す、これはなかなか普通のお医者様には出来ない事でしょう。英断だったかと思います。
真面目な話、後から調べて分かったのですが背中の痛みと言うのは実は内臓系の深刻な病気が関わっている場合があると、検索をかけるとすぐに出てきます。
医療の知識の全くない素人でも、今の時代であればある程度自分で調べて対応が出来る人もいるでしょう。ですがスマホやパソコンを簡単に扱えない方もいますよね、高齢者の方もそうです。
背中が痛ければまず背骨や肋骨に何かあるのでは無いかと思うのはおかしいでしょうか。
この松宮と言う所の医師は、いくら専門ではないとは言え、背中の痛みを訴える患者さんが実は生命に関わる疾患を患っている可能性があると、全く考えないのでしょうか。
これまで私の母のように適当な診断を受けた方や、それによって最悪の結果になってしまった方がいなかった事を強く願います。

あと、受付の事務員同士で喧嘩しないでもらっていいかな？せめて患者のいない所でやって笑

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 午後受付開始の6番目に診察が受けられる番号のカードを貰い先にリハビリに行きました。リハビリが終わったら診察すぐ呼ばれますからと言われたので終わりカルテを受付に渡し診察の順番を待っていましたが2時間半まっても呼ばれず、その間後から受付した人が呼ばれ中に入っていきました。受付にいつ頃呼ばれますか？と聞きに行くとあと5番目だと言うので更に30分待ちやっと呼ばれたと思ったら診察もしていないのに【会計】でした。診察してないのに会計っておかしいですよね！と言ったら受付の人はあー、と言って奥に言ってしまい、隣の受付の人に上記の事を言ったらすみませんとやっと言いました。
その後15分、やっと中に呼ばれました。先生にその事を話そうか？悩みましたが正直、もう、この病院に来なければ良いと思い辞めました。具合が悪くて通ってるのに疲れました。
