★ ★ ★ ★ ★ フェイシャルトリートメントを利用しました。ESPAのフェイシャルトリートメントは初めてでしたが、翌日はっきりと違いが分かるほど即効性がありました。香りや雰囲気も素晴らしかった。スタッフの方も若いかたが多く、予約の際にとり間違いがあったようですが、その後の対応も良かったです。施行終了後にドライフルーツを頂きましたが、すごく美味しくて流石リッツのエステだなと感じました。
 I used a facial treatment. It was the first facial treatment of ESPA, but the next day it had an immediate effect so that the difference could be clearly seen. The smell and atmosphere were great too. There were many young staff who seemed to have made mistakes when making reservations, but the subsequent response was also good. After the end of the project, I received dried fruits, but I felt that it was delicious and it was a beauty escort of the Ritz.
