 This shop is where the owner who is familiar with sake puts this sake, what he thought was the brewery. The owner may be a little particular about it, but if you are new to this shop, please go there a couple of times.

どぶろくを飲んだことがなく、ずっとどんな味なのか気になっていたので、買おうか悩んだのですが、美味しくなかったら全部飲む勇気もなく、結局ワンカップのお酒だけお土産として買いました?
I'm not familiar with liquor ? at all, but I like to drink so I went in to see if there was any local liquor.
I had never drank doburoku and was wondering what it tasted like, so I was wondering if I should buy it, but if it wasn't delicious, I didn't have the courage to drink it all, so I ended up buying only one cup of sake as a souvenir. ?

No English, but polite staff, if you can tell them what you like they can provide excellent recommendations. A must go for anyone into sake, especially those fond of koshu.
