★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worthwhile as a day trip less than an hour by train from Kyoto. Once there, take a 15 minute walk to the green tea street. Try the matcha soft serve ice cream, buy some local green tea, and tour the quiet historical park at the end of this street. People who appreciate the quiet atmosphere and a nice stroll will enjoy this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful ambience. I love how to they combined traditional with modern design. I bought the matcha ink and liked it. Keeping the bottle as a souvenir. Didn't get a chance to try other products. Also loved the presentation and the tray. I do wish that they offered matcha ice cream or soft serve instead or in addition to the vanilla sprinkled with matcha powder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Souvenir keeping!!! V beautifully design store chic n modern but yet have a classic jappy look... the normal matcha green tea is nice not too sweet n nice fragrant to taste.. one bad thing is the store is v small thus its kinda hard to go in or out.. and the serving is not fast..
