★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前静岡から引っ越しを考えてるときにサイトにチェックして電話をもらってお店に来てほしいと言うことで予約してきたのですが、そういうのって大抵サイトで条件とがわかっているはずなんだが女性担当が紹介したクソ物件が半年後に取り壊される物件が強烈に最悪な物件とかひどいものだったと条件無視。こんなひどいものを紹介されるためと本当に「接客している私って仕事やってます」女性担当のアピールするためにわざわざ往復一万円払ってきたと思うとある意味「時間と金の泥棒」だ。そんな事するぐらいならメールで物件見せながら会話したほうがまだ許せる。
I used to make a reservation when I was thinking about moving from Shizuoka before I asked the site to check and call on the site and I wanted it to come to the store, but I should be aware of the conditions on that site in most cases. The condition that the property introduced by the woman in charge is to be demolished in half a year is extremely bad and the property is neglected. It's a "time and money thief" in a sense that if you think you've been paying 10,000 yen for a trip to show off such awful things and really "I'm doing the job I'm working" . If it is about to do such a thing, it is still forgiven to talk while showing the property by e-mail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本当に対応が悪かった。若い頃にこちら経由で家を借りたけど、賃貸契約書など具体的な説明もなし、借りる不動産の駐輪場や宅配ロックの説明も全くなかった。最初はベテランがついたけど、後半は道もわからない若手の方に案内されて、車で5分で着く所に30分くらいかけて案内をされました。
説明足らずなところが多いので、絶対に気をつけて利用してほしい。
他の人のコメントも見てほしいですが、投稿数の多い人のレビューを参考した方が良いかも、、。
The response was really bad. I rented a house here when I was young, but there was no concrete explanation such as a rental contract, nor was there any explanation about the bicycle parking lot or home delivery lock of the rented real estate. At first, he was a veteran, but in the latter half he was guided by a young man who could not understand the road, and he took about 30 minutes to reach a place where he could arrive in 5 minutes by car.
There are many places where explanations are missing, so please use with care.
I would like to see other people's comments, but it might be better to refer to reviews from people who have many posts.
