気になった点は、賃貸契約の際、保証会社入っているのに連帯保証人のサインを求められました。初めてだったのでわからず理由を聞いても「普通必要なんです」、と。後日他の不動産屋に聞いたら貸主から求められている等明らかにしないといけない理由がない限り基本はあり得ない、詐欺に近いと聞きました。また最近は仲介手数料半額・無料などあり、大手なら同じ物件なら手数料金額決まっていますが、ますがここは一律1か月。大手で無料の物件でもここはしっかりとられます。
