★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 賃貸管理でお世話になっています。前の管理会社の対応がひどくネットで見つけました。賃貸管理無料の意味が分からず電話をすると自宅まで来てくれて資料を見ながら説明をしてくれました。
管理費有料のところと比較してもサービス内容が変わらないので依頼をしました。
3つのマンションすべて入居者が入り助かりました。
前の管理会社は仕事をしてなかったと思います。
