本町駅を降り御堂筋から少し入った通りにある人気のうどん屋。 朝食を食べようと店を探したが、中々見つけられない。 そろそろ諦めようかと中央大通りに戻ろうと歩いていて遂に見つけた。 入口のドアが狭いので気が付かなかったようだ。 店に入ろう。 ネットで調べた時にも書いてあったが、店内は結構狭い。 カウンターの両サイドに合わせて10人入れるかどうか。 椅子はなく立ち食いになる。 真ん中のカウンターで食べている人の脇を通り、調理場手前のカウンターで注文する。 メニューは結構あるが朝食メニューの朝キューがリーズナブルだ。 これを注文しよう。 朝キューはわかめと梅干しから選択出来るので、前の夜飲み過ぎていたので、梅干しをセレクトした。 天ぷらが置いてあるので鶏天を取って会計して待つ。 うどんには梅干しとあげが乗っている。 まずは汁から。 関西風の昆布だしの汁。 こんな朝にはあっさりして美味しい汁だ。 うどんは硬くはないが、柔らか過ぎず、食感も喉越しも良い。 関西うどんは柔らかい印象だが、この店のは丁度好きな硬さだ。 大阪らしく揚げ玉があるが、鶏天があるので、七味だけかけて食べる。 鶏天は大きさも適度。 これも食感が良く美味しい。 揚げ方もうどんに丁度合う。 美味しいうどんと鶏。 評判通りのうどんがリーズナブルに楽しめて満足な朝食になった。

朝うどんのすすめ。 Udon kyutaro さんで朝うどんを食す。 現金先払いで店員さんがうどんを席まで持ってきてくれる。といっても座る席はなく立ち食いスタイル。お盆にのったうどんが運ばれてきた時…ほんのり良い香りがした。食べた後、お盆を返却するお客さんが多かったのでそれに従う。ごちそうさまでしたm(_ _)m

*お店 10~14人くらいが入れるくらいのこじんまりとした(というか狭い)立ち食いうどんのお店。 うどんを注文する前に厨房前のカウンターで好きな天麩羅(揚げ物)をトレーにとるという 香川県スタイル?( うどんは自分で温めたりはしないけど) *食事 私は期間限定の牡蠣バターうどんを、相方はえびうどん(bombのAB/DC?)を注文。 大好きな牡蠣とまいたけがのった牡蠣バターうどんの お出汁の構成はあっさりめの出汁(何出汁だったかな・・)にバター、すだち。 味のジャンル??が全然違うのに(あっさり魚介・動物油脂・柑橘)、組み合わせることで 絶妙にバランスがいいお出汁が完成するっていう不思議。 時間がたつにつれてバターがお出汁にとけて味が変わっていくのが良い!! 牡蠣はもちろん最高。 bombのAB/DC(えびうどん) わかめとクミンがのったいりこ出汁?のうどんにエビのつけ汁がついてきて、つけ麺みたいに食べるスタイル。 えび出汁はたっぷりのえびにキーマカレー玉葱、ひき肉だったかな? うどんもつけ汁もおいしいんだけど、つけ汁がおいしいお出汁の味を塗り替えてしまうので私はつけ汁つけなくてもいいかな? そもそもうどんのお出汁がとってもおいしいので、お出汁はスープみたいにして飲みたいかも(笑) どっちも麵はつるつるかたさもちょうどよくて、どっちも出汁がやさしくてしみる~。 あと揚げ物はコロッケ、春菊をチョイス。 どっちもおいしかったけど、春菊はちょっと油強かったかも。 まとめ おいしいお出汁とつるつるの麵が楽しめる本町のうどん屋さん。 朝7:00-営業しているので、朝活にgood。 余談 おなかがいっぱいになって眠たくなってきたので近くにあったカフェでコーヒーを調達。 ここのコーヒーがめちゃくちゃおいしかった!! 味はとてもすっきりしてて、嫌な苦みとか雑味が全然ない。 香りがとてもよくて、癒された~

?頂いたオーダー ・ABURI  本町にあるうどん屋さん、udon kyutaroさん! 店主さんは、うどん県出身で3年ほど修行を得て、うどん激戦区でもある本町エリアで立ち食いうどんをオープン!!ビジネス街で朝うどんを頂く事が出来ます! 出勤前に朝うどん食べて、向かう方とかちらほら見かけます!  今回頂いたのは、店内人気メニューABURI!! 宮崎県産ブランドポークを使用しており、炙られたバラ肉と煮込まれたモモ肉の2種類が載った贅沢なぶっかけ肉うどん✨  うどんは、噛めば伝わる程の腰の強さ、モチモチとした食感と弾力と粘り気が非常に強く歯応え抜群な特徴のうどんです!  炙られたバラ肉は、器からはみ出る程のビックサイズ!!バーナーで炙られたバラ肉は、香ばしく脂身が程良く載っており柔らかいです! 煮込まれたモモ肉もやや硬めではあるが、しっとりとした食感と歯応え抜群! 添えつけられてる柚子胡椒と付けて食べるとより美味しさが増します?  朝から美味しいうどん頂けるのは、いいエネルギーチャージになりますよね!  ご馳走さまでした?

We had the most wonderful experience here - very kind staff who tried the best to help us given the language differences. No exaggeration it was the best meal we had in japan by far! If anyone could - please let me know what was in the noodles in picture attached? Meaty noodles with some spice. Dying to know what was in it!

This place is very small and it may not be easy for non-local people to order but their udon is unique and worth trying.
