m	m* on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 肉つけ（¥950）をいただきました。ラー油・柚子胡椒・山椒から一つ薬味を選べて、生卵もついてるので、味変を楽しめます。量もボリューミーで満足！ I had meat (¥ 950). You can choose one condiment from chili oil, yuzu pepper, and Japanese pepper, and you can enjoy the taste change as it also comes with raw eggs. Satisfied with the volume!
ハ	ハママツトシコ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内はあまり広くないが内庭があり、落ち着いた雰囲気。12時台に行ったが比較的空いていて、コロナ禍のせいか店前では弁当も売っていた。あんかけ蕎麦と迷ったが、暖かい日だったのですだち蕎麦と鴨の丼にした。丼は鴨が柔らかく味は薄め、温泉卵やタレでごはんが進んだ。蕎麦のだしも濃過ぎず優しい味で、すだちはほんのり感じる程度。女子好みかも? N	NAO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 心斎橋に本店がある「そばしゃぶ総本家浪花そば」の北浜店です。店内は綺麗で清潔感あり。着物を着たスタッフさんの接客は丁寧で好印象。注文したのは「カレーつけ」の「白ごはん付き」（税込1188円）。生卵と漬物がセットになっています。出汁が強調されたつけ汁で美味しかったです。蕎麦も良い感じ。ただ、もうちょっとつけ汁が熱々だったら良かったかなと。蕎麦が冷たい上に生卵を入れると一気に冷めてしまいました。あと生卵を入れるとカレーと出汁の両方の味が弱まる感じなので個人的には無い方が良かったかな。。 This is the Kitahama store of "Soba Shabu Sohonke Naniwa Soba", which has its main store in Shinsaibashi. However, I wish the soup was a little hotter. When the soba was cold and the raw egg was put in it, it cooled down at once. Also, adding raw eggs weakens the taste of both curry and soup stock, so I think it would have been better not to have it personally. ..

We had a pork tsukemen type meal which they called a nikituke where you dip noodles into this thick gravy and puck up thinly sliced pork belly along the way. Every slurp so delicious. We then shared another soba in hot, clear broth. Also yummy. Can't go wrong. I'm keeping the one star ..my issue being noodles which did not have enough of a bite, as if they had been overcooked. Or cooked and left to sit a while.
