h	hiro 25 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 注文したのは、焼餃子･チャーシュー定食 800円。せっかくなのでオプションの追加水餃子3個 308円もお願いしました。熱々の肉汁餃子を期待していたのですが、何故かぬるい。確かにジューシーではありますが、”肉汁溢れる”というほどではありませんでした。水餃子は、焼き餃子よりは熱くなっていましたが、薄味のスープに餃子が泳いでいるだけで、特筆すべき点はなし。チャーシューは、しっかりした食感。肉の味もしっかり感じられ、脂身まで美味しくいただけました。スープは透明のスープにネギが浮かんでいるだけで、見た目は寂しい。飲んでみると、こちらも、かなりぬるめの温度で、何だかなぁという印象。ランチタイムで客の回転を落とさないように意図的にぬるめの温度で提供しているのかもしれませんが、熱い料理は熱い状態で提供して欲しいと感じました。 I ordered a set meal of gyoza and char siu for 800 yen.
