この日は釣れたてのクエをまさか堪能出来るとは思っておらず、刺身と煮付けでいただけて感激！
特に煮付けはあらの部分を塩で味付けした程度なのに濃厚で、豊かな風味の煮付け。
顔のゼラチンの部分としまった肉の部分両方楽しむことができました。
刺身のクエも身がしまって絶品。
お酒のついつい進むのですが、どこでも注文する、いいちこのソーダ割り。
ソーダが強炭酸でこれまた嬉しい！
次回は自分たちが釣った魚を持っていきたいですね！

I don't think I can really enjoy the freshly caught que on this day, and I'm thrilled to have sashimi and simmered!
In particular, the simmered part is rich and rich in flavor, even though the other part is seasoned with salt.
I was able to enjoy both the gelatin part of the face and the meat part.
The sashimi que is also exquisite.
I'm just going with sake, but I can order it anywhere, Iichiko soda.
The soda is strongly carbonated and I'm happy again!
Next time we want to bring the fish we caught!

ご主人、女将さんが切り盛りされているお店で、お二人の温かみのあるおもてなしが大好きで通ってしまいます。
夜はゆっくり飲みながら、お酒に合う料理を楽しませていただいてます！昼夜ともに大好きなお店です！

The shop is filled with the owner and the landlady, and I love the warm hospitality of the two of them.

私は初めてでしたが、美味しかったです。
お腹がいっぱいになりますが、野菜中心で低カロリー。
ただ他に唐揚げや牛タンなどを食べたので、高カロリー摂取になりましたが、しっかりした味付けでしたので満足感があります。

They offer a few such set consisting of different fish choices and cooking style all depending on what is fresh that day. The cooking is very refined and does not rely on heavy sauce of MSG. I highly recommend checking it out. Lunch starts at ¥1,000 and no more than ¥1,500, but the quality and taste of the food is unmatched.
