美味しいイワシ料理を堪能してきました! 神田に用事があり、用事終わりにご飯を食べようとなり イワシ料理専門店の「かぶき本店」さんにお邪魔しました! イワシの専門店だけあって食べ方は色々。 店員さんのオススメを頼んでいきました! イワシ刺身(最後に骨を素揚げしてくれます) イワシのつくね イワシのなめろう イワシの蒲焼 イワシのレンコンはさみ揚げ 鯨の刺身 キノコの天ぷら 白えび唐揚げ 〆に海苔と豆腐汁 どれも絶品でした。 やっぱりイワシって美味しいですね。 〆に海苔と豆腐汁も癒される味でした。 ご馳走様でした!

お昼の弁当で利用してます☺️ 大将は話し易いし、女将さんも、凄く優しいです✨ イワシの竜田揚げでボリュームがあって500円。美味しいから、週2利用してます☺️生姜焼・唐揚げセット、唐揚げ弁当、チキンカツカレーとメニューも増えて、どのお弁当も美味しいです✨

久々のいわし三昧 旨かった。刺し。つみれ。レンコンはさみ揚げ。諸処滞りなく。スタッフのお嬢様の対応が阿吽で酒と肴が進む。 ビールで大当たりしました(笑)

普段あまり美味しくなくても、お店に恨みはないのでレビュー等の投稿はしないのですが、あまりに酷い接客を受けましたので投稿します。 コロナになるまで、本店、南店にたまにいく客でした。久々に先日本店を訪問。お客様は少なく、中肉中背の35歳くらいの女性がホールを担当。 オーダー時にもあまりサービスはよくなく、お刺身などもあるのに醤油を頼まないとくれない、など小さな違和感はありました。コロナもありますので、取り分けのお箸をお願いした際も、厨房に我々に聞こえる声で取り箸って言うんですよね、など愚痴を言いながら持ってきたり。 ただ極めつけは刺身、煮物、揚げ物、汁物など複数注文しており、取り皿の小皿が少し汚れてきたので、取り皿を頂けますか?とお願いをしました。ちなみに私は飲食店では常に丁寧な言葉使いをしています。 まず我々のテーブルの小皿をみて、あ、そうですか。と一言。一旦離れたあと、また戻ってきて、我々の小皿を指差して一言。コレって小皿って言わないんですか? 唖然としました。厨房に目線を送ると、厨房の方と目が合ったのですが独断何も対応されなかったので、そういう店に成り下がったんだろう、と残念な思いで我々は離席しました。 二度と行きませんが、この様な接客はさすがに許しがたく、投稿致します。

平日13時前に訪問。1組だけ店内で。テーブル席が3つ、カウンター席が4席くらいのこじんまりとしたお店です。 ・かぶきランチ 880円(税込) 天ぷら、鰯刺身、小鉢2種、漬物、ご飯、お味噌汁 ご飯はおかわり自由! まず、今日は鰯のお刺身と、もう一種サービスがありました!あと、お味噌汁が美味しい!赤だしのしじみのお味噌汁。少し甘めの赤だしで自分が好きな味でした。しじみもじゃりじゃりしなかったし! 天ぷらは鰯を開いたのと、野菜が3種。個人的にはもう少しサクッとした衣の薄い天ぷらが好きですが、十分美味しいし、天丼のタレも出してくれたので、最後は味変してミニ天丼にして食べました(^^) 白いご飯がイマイチだったのが残念。和食だし、ふっくらご飯がいいな。 小鉢や漬物もおいしく、この値段でこのボリュームなら文句ないでしょう!接客も丁寧だし、お土産で(欲しい人には)天かすと天つゆをくれました。天かすは冷凍で保存もできるらしく、これをご飯にのせて天つゆをかけてサラサラっと食べるのもいいよって教えてくれました。濃すぎない天つゆだったので確かに。試してみます♪ 2021.7 食べログ 3.07(2軒) 写真は別日訪問のもので、刺身の代わりにホタテのカルパッチョと、イワシ天ぷらの代わりに秋刀魚でした!

鰯料理屋ってあるんだーーーと気になり人生初鰯専門店訪問。 何故か神田界隈には鰯料理屋さん多いみたいね。なんでだろう? 当然ウリであろう活イワシ刺しをとピーホツを注文。 5分程度で到着も、、 「活」じゃないですやん笑笑 半身ちょいくらいしかついてないし。 まぁ普通に鮮度の良いめのイワシ刺しって感じ。んんーー水槽あるのに鰯泳いでないなーとは思ったけど、、ね。 他鰯料理はクセなく脂乗りも程よく、特に軽く揚げて甘辛タレを煮つけた焼いてないけど「蒲焼き」はウマーでした。仕方なく景虎4合飲んだのは余談です。(もう今更焼いてないやん、なんてツッコミはしない)

Terrible place. I hate when places write that they work until specific time and when you come they say that they are closing. You can manage status of your business in google maps app for business. If you don’t want to work today just set it as “closed” manually. Don’t make people disappointed even without entering your place.
