★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 築地駅南、聖路加病院近くにあるお蕎麦やさん。へぎそばが売りのお店。ランチ時は小さめのそばと丼のセット(950円)が人気です。肝心のお蕎麦なんですが、まぁなんというかいまいちというか……。ゆでたろうよりは風味があるかな？というレベル。
お蕎麦だけ食べに行きたくなる感じではなかったです。
カードリーダーはあるけど、ランチ時の決済は現金のみです。
 Soba noodles near St. Luke's Hospital, south of Tsukiji Station. Hegiso is a shop for sale. At lunchtime, small soba and rice cake sets (950 yen) are popular. It ’s an important soba noodle, but it ’s not really good. Is it more flavor than boiled? That level.
I did n’t want to eat soba.
Although there is a card reader, payment at lunch is cash only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 築地、聖路加病院の近くにある、『へぎそば処うち田』でランチを頂きました。以前伺った際は、へぎそばと天ぷら盛合せを頂き、今日は、ランチメニューの天丼ともりそばのセット¥950を注文。小鉢と漬物、味噌汁付き。
午後一時過ぎ頃入店しましたが、先客五名程でしたが、客席もかなりあるので、テーブル席に即着座。
天丼は、海老、なす、かぼちゃ、玉葱の天ぷら、そばは、田舎そば風の、こしがある美味しいお蕎麦でした。
We had lunch at "Hegisoba-dokoro Uchida", which is located near Tsukiji and St. Luke's Hospital. When I visited, I had a hegi soba and tempura assortment, and today I ordered a set of tempura and tori soba ¥950 for lunch menu. A small bowl, pickles, and miso soup are included.
I entered the store around the afternoon, but there were about five customers, but there were quite a few seats, so I immediately sat down at the table.
The tempura bowl was a shrimp, eggplant, pumpkin, onion tempura, and the soba was a countryside soba-style, delicious soba with a strain.

Weekday lunch visit. I ate a monthly lunch (950 yen). Hegi soba noodles are reasonably delicious, but the pork kimchi-don is hmm. I thought it would be soba if I came to eat it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日ランチ、天丼（ごはん少なめで注文）とへぎそばで950円。へぎそば、おいしいです。個人的には新潟で食べたのと遜色ないそばでした。天丼はあらかじめつゆにくぐらせての提供で、ランチですからまぁこれはこれで。地元客にとって、ありがたい店だと思います。
Weekday lunch, Tendon (ordered with less rice) and Hegi soba noodles for 950 yen. Hegi soba noodles are delicious. Personally, it was a soba that was comparable to what I ate in Niigata. Tendon is served in a soup in advance, and it's lunch, so this is it. I think it's a great store for local customers.

天辰の黄身のっけ丼を食べるつもりが偶然にへぎそばの文字を見つけて入店。
天丼とそばのランチをオーダー。

Uberが届けてくれたてんやを思い出す位のしんなり感。味的にはてんやの方が好みかな……
注目のへぎそば！
は、……海藻のあの食感はありますが、
まあまあ、、かな。
蕎麦屋と言うよりも定食屋としての利用でしたら
ボリュームあるので満足かとおもいます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 全体的にレベルが高く、日本酒の種類が豊富です。
店主は以前は銀座でフランス料理屋さんなどもやられていたそうですが、和食になってもとてもレベルが高いことがわかります。
お造りは熟成させられており、旨みが口の中で広がります。
蕎麦は十割で香りが立ち、大変美味しかったです。
The overall level is high and there is a wide variety of sake.
The owner used to run a French restaurant in Ginza, but you can see that the level is very high even when it comes to Japanese food.
The sashimi is aged and the taste spreads in your mouth.
The soba was 100% fragrant and very delicious.
