本格的な手打ち蕎麦とそれにピッタリの濃いめの汁、加えてじっくり揚げたかき揚げが絶品でした。 少々高目のお値段ですが一度行ってみる価値は充分有りだと思います。 ご馳走さまでした。
The authentic handmade soba noodles, the thick soup that was perfect for it, and the deep-fried kakiage were excellent. It's a little expensive, but I think it's well worth a visit. It was a feast.

更科蕎麦は本店同様に美味。加えて山葵に関しては別格に旨い。提供直前に擦り下ろされているため、清冽な味わい。つゆは濃いめなので蕎麦の先にだけつけて山葵、葱は乗せていただくのがおすすめ。定期的に食べたい味
Sarashina soba is as delicious as the main store. In addition, the wasabi is exceptionally delicious. It has a clean taste because it is rubbed down just before it is served. Since the soup is thick, it is recommended to put it only on the tip of the soba and put the wasabi and green onions on it. The taste you want to eat regularly

昼過ぎにお伺いしました。ランチのお客さんの波が引いた後の静かな店内で、注文した精進天婦羅を揚げる音を楽しむのも一興。揚げたてを美味しく頂きました。もりそばの量も多めで、江戸前の雰囲気漂うお蕎麦屋さんです。御馳走様でした。
I visited you in the afternoon. It is also fun to enjoy the sound of frying the ordered vegetarian tempura in the quiet shop after the waves of lunch customers. The freshly fried food was delicious. It is a soba restaurant with a large amount of morisoba and an atmosphere of Edomae. It was a treat.

ざる蕎麦は太い麺でした。味わい深い。コシの強い麺です。お汁の香りが高い。店舗が小さいので行列になりやすいです。カウンター席がないです。
Zaru soba was thick noodles. Tasteful. It is a strong noodle. The aroma of soup is high. Since the store is small, it is easy to get in line. There are no counter seats.

I grew up eating this Soba (The owner's father(R.I.P) was also Soba master and he had a restaurant near my parents house where I grew up). So I was thrilled to come here when I heard that his oldest son opened this place years ago. Of course he did not disappoint me!!! If you are Soba fan, please try this place. I highly recommend. Anago (conger/sea eal) tempura with cold soba is my favorite. Seasonal tempura is also recommended.
