N	NAO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 谷六の上町筋から少し東に入ったところにあるうどん店。店内は昔ながらの定食屋といった雰囲気。店主は寡黙そうな方でしたが丁寧な対応で親切でした。メニューは「釜揚げ」「ぶっかけ」「ざる」の3種のみ。うどんだけで勝負しているところがカッコ良いですね。注文したのは「ぶっかけ」の中盛（税込800円）。生姜とおろし金の提供があり、それをすりながら待ちます。うどんに刻み揚げが乗ったシンプルな一品。卓上の出汁、青ネギ、揚げ玉、用意していた生姜を入れて完成。うどんはやや細めの平打麺。もっちりとしていて、かつ抜群にコシのある讃岐うどんです。期待どおり美味しかったです。 A udon shop located a little east of Uemachi-suji in Tanimachi. It is a Sanuki udon that is chewy and has outstanding elasticity. It was delicious as expected.

Personally, I like to grate a lot of ginger on. The dashi also has a very nice flavor and portions are large. Again, everything is made fresh and to order so don't be in too much of a hurry.
