広い院内。土曜初診でしたがそれほど待ち時間もありませんでした。テキパキされてる感じです。気になることは聞けば答えてくれました。嫌な印象はありません。アクセスは△。お隣の薬局の窓口も丁寧でした。

予約なしの初診でした。 約お会計まで1時間程度でしたが、しっかりと視力検査もしてもらいました。診察に混んでる先生と、すぐに診てくれる先生の2人がいらっしゃるみたいでしたが、私は時間もなかったのですぐに診てくれる先生にお願いしました。 診察もスムーズでしたし、指示も分かりやすく的確でした。優しい先生に診てもらえて良かったです。

2月下旬、主治医紹介で行きました。眼瞼下垂症専門医がいると聞き電話で診察と診断書の予約をしたのですが受付の対応が悪く、なんと専門医がいない日に受診へ行ってしまいました。こちらから電話確認をしたのにです。 偶々受診が間に合わず途中で行くのを諦め、2回目の電話で行けない旨を伝えたら別の受付が対応し「専門医が金土しかいない」事を告げられ唖然…交通費と時間が無駄に…こちら側がしっかり確認を取っていたのにも関わらずです。 眼瞼下垂専門医は60過ぎくらいのユニークな先生でしたが私の主訴は眼球異常でなく瞼の疾患であり、仄暗い部屋で定規当てて軽く触診しただけで正確に診断出来るんですか?ってくらい適当。関東圏クリニックは30分程主訴を聞き、クリップを使った検査や舌診他薬の飲みあわせの話がありましたけど。ヒアル目薬差しただけで眩しさが解消されると言われましたが視覚過敏持ちなので治るも何も…そもそも時間をかけて書いた問診票すら見ず私から「問診票にかきましたけど…」と言ったらサッと見て終わり。問診票の意味とは…? 受付、医師ともに確認不足。時間と金の無駄でした。寒河江先生は評判が良いそうですがもう行く事はありません。ごめんなさい。

受付の態度が悪すぎます。 自分の知り合いなのか大声で話し込んでいたり、耳の悪い方の対応中に聞こえないように何言ってるかわからないわー、などと見ていて毎回不快になります。
