ホ	ホットケーキ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話対応の方と、お医者さまはとても感じがよく丁寧でした。しかし、最後にお話した女の看護師？受付？の方が最悪でした。目がクリっとしたハキハキした話し方をする方です。こちらが別の人に話した事とこの方が確認で私に言ってることが結構間違えが多かったので、こうですっていうと｢どちらでもいいんですけどねー｣と態度も悪く、威圧的だった。いつも患者様にこんな態度なのかと思うと心配です。こちらが現金を持ち合わせていなく、クレジットカードも使えないようだったのでもしなら今下ろしてきてお渡しできますか？と聞くと｢症状が落ち着いてから1週間後に来てくれますか？こちらとしてはなるべく病院に出入りして欲しくないんで。｣と言われました。事情は分かりますが態度の悪さと言葉の言い回しにイライラしました。自分の言っていることが間違っていても認めないし、態度は悪いし、ろくに仕事が出来ていないのにお給料が出ていることに疑問すら感じました。この人が辞めたらイライラせずに済む人が増えると思います。 The person who answered the phone and the doctor were very pleasant and polite.
