★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 診察室に入ったら医師から名前や番号で呼ばれるのではなく、病名で呼ばれた。一回ではなく二回もあった。加えて、何もそれについて説明もなく、『何かあったら来てください』とだけ言われた。事実を受付に伝えたが、最後の最後でようやく認めてもらえた。患者の事を考えていない、とても不快な診察だった。
When I entered the examination room, the doctor called me by the name of the disease, not by name or number. There were two times instead of one. In addition, there was no explanation for it, and he was just told, "Please come if anything happens." I told the receptionist about the facts, but at the very end I was finally accepted. It was a very unpleasant examination without thinking about the patient.

病院まで車で30分以上かかるので家から近い眼科に変えたかったのですが父が先生を信頼しているのと、とても優しく診察してくれるのでこれからもお世話になります。
My father has been indebted for over 20 years. As I am getting older, I will go with him. It's always crowded, but I don't wait too long because it's a reservation.
It takes more than 30 minutes by car to the hospital, so I wanted to change to an ophthalmology department that is closer to my house, but my father trusts the teacher and he will give me a very gentle examination, so I will continue to take care of him.

評判の良い眼科さんはどこも長時間待つのは当たり前ですし、大学病院レベルですと4時間以上などは当たり前です。
私は親身になって丁寧に話を聞いてくださるにいつ眼科さんにとても感謝しています。
