★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Classic Tully. Nothing to report. Bland coffee, sterile atmosphere. Purely functional outlet to give people a default allotment of space to sit down and meet a friend or consume something equally as bland as the environment itself. It works in Tokyo and is very popular as a franchise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food, drink, and friendly staff. Recommended for both breakfast (before 11:30) and lunch (after 11:30). I believe they have a dinner menu, or atleast some larger meals, but I have yet to try them. In all the stores I've been to the staff seem to have good English, you can also easily convey what you want by pointing to the menu on the counter.
