★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 人に教えて貰い来店。イチオシ「つけ麺」食べました。
味はとっても美味しい！でも、麺とスープがぬるくて残念でした。それなら先に「熱々でお願いします」と伝えるべきだったと後悔。
他店のつけ麺が熱々にしてくれるので他も同じかと思ってしまい、本来つけ麺は、冷たく出てくるのでしょう…。
しゅはりさんの美味しいスープと麺は熱々が良いと思いました。
あと、食券のラーメンの写真を見ても全体に「茶色い感じ」で、もっとお皿とかトッピングとか視覚的にも美味しそうに見えると食欲をそそるのになぁ…勿体無いなぁと思いました。

つけ麺頼む人が多いようですが、ラーメンもホント美味しいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日13時過ぎでも駐車場は１台だけ空いており、ほぼ満席の状態で人気店ですね。つけ麺大盛を注文。感染対策のため食券や箸などはトレーでの受け渡しです。つけ麺スープの具は少な目で個人的にはチャーシューがもう少し欲しかったかな。魚粉と刻み玉ねぎは後入れ出来るのは◎。とても美味しいつけ麺でしたが、他店より抜きん出ているかと言えばそうではないかなと。青森市内でもつけ麺屋さんが多くなっており何処も甲乙つけがたいので、個人的な好みで行くと☆３です。

青森県の煮干しラーメンが苦手なんですけど、ここだと煮干し以外のラーメンが美味しくいただけました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ たぶん15年ほど前、自分が初めて青森で食べたつけ麺。その美味しさは衝撃的でした。あれから県内でもつけ麺を出すお店がかなり増えました。先日10年以上振りに訪問。当時とは店舗も変わりましたが、変わらずの完成度でした。好みはあると思いますが、自分にとって、つけ麺を食べるならしゅはりです。
Maybe about 15 years ago, the first tsukemen I ate in Aomori. The deliciousness was shocking. Since then, the number of shops that serve tsukemen has increased considerably in the prefecture. Visited the other day for the first time in over 10 years. The store has changed from that time, but it was still complete. I think I have a taste, but for me, if I eat tsukemen, it's Shuhari.

店内は綺麗で、4人がけテーブル3卓に、カウンター6席。
味は美味しかったが、この店に行かなきゃ食べられない味かと言うと、そうでもない。
チャーシュー等の具は少なめ。

つけ麺は言わずもがな。絶対にはずせない。
そしてとき卵こってりラーメン。
ライス忘れずに頼んでね。
スープに沈めて食べると幸せになれます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 青森市桜川にある麺屋しゅはり?素敵な店構えとコロナ禍でも安心の丁寧な応対で素晴らしいラーメンを楽しめます?駐車場はお店のすぐ脇とちょっとだけ離れた場所にありますが合計で10台くらいなので状況次第でご利用を?券売機でお好きなものをチョイス、写真付きで分かりやすいかと思いますがトッピングなどで選択できないものがあるのでスタッフさんにお気軽にお尋ねください?今回は「濃いめの煮干しラーメン」にしました。着席すると豊富な調味料が目を惹きます。さらに無料で生のカット玉ねぎが来ますがこれが思いの外合うことに?着丼しますと、乾燥岩のりとトロットロチャーシュー、そしてその名に恥じない濃いめの煮干しダシはとても素晴らしいお味?魚粉や唐辛子などお好きなようにかけ回してがっつり行っていただきたい。最後には本来はつけ麺用ですが魚粉マシでスープ割も楽しめました。私はオススメしたいお店です?
