★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりに行って来ました。数あるTSUTAYAの中で、昔から何とか生き残って細々と営業してました。従業員も削減されてセルフレジっぽくなっていて、寂しくなりました。
I went there after a long time. Among the many TSUTAYAs, I managed to survive and have been working finely for some time. The number of employees has been reduced and it has become a self-checkout, making me lonely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここのツタヤはDVDだけじゃなくマンガもレンタルできてとても重宝してます。店も大きくないので数に限りありますが近くにあるので便利です。時々格安のいろんな物を売ってたりしますか。隣はブックオフ、ハードオフ、牛丼とミニマムに使える店がまとまっています。
Tsutaya here is very handy for not only DVD but also manga rental. The shop is also not big, so there are a limited number but it is convenient because it is nearby. Do you sell a lot of cheap things from time to time? Next to the book off, hard off, shops available for beef bowl and minimum can be gathered.

最近アニメとかを借りてみていたけど、3～4作品全部CDに傷が付いていて碌に再生出来ない、もしくは4話収録の内間の2話がザラザラになって話を飛ばさざるを得ないということが良くあった。
店員に事情を伝えても死んだ魚の目のような顔して生返事しか返ってこず、その1か月後同じDVDを借りて見てみたら案の定改善無し。
基本的にハゲてる中年男性ともう一人の中年男性の二人しかおらず、かなり長い期間働いているはずなのに学生バイト以下の仕事しかしていない。あの様子だと、返却されたDVD類のクリーニングや再生点検とかは碌にやっていないようにも見受けられる。
レンタル料金支払っているのに見れないDVDを貸し与え続けるのは犯罪じゃありませんか？改善する気がないなら、あの二人の中年店員クビにしてくれ。
The assortment may be plentiful, but the quality is the worst.
I've been borrowing anime recently, but all 3-4 works have scratches on the CD and can't be played well, or 2 episodes in the 4 episodes are rough and I have to skip the story. That was often the case.
Even if I told the clerk about the situation, I only got a live reply with a face like a dead corn, and one month later I borrowed the same DVD and saw it, there was no improvement as expected.
Basically, there are only two middle-aged men who are bald and another middle-aged man, and although they should have been working for quite a long time, they only work less than a student part-time job. In that situation, it seems that the returned DVDs are not cleaned or played back.
Isn't it a crime to keep lending a DVD that you can't watch even though you're paying the rental fee? If you don't want to improve, get those two middle-aged clerk fired.

CD rental is gone, but it's a good thing. It is until 13:00 the day after the return.

昼から開店の時期あった。
自販機横の空き缶入れ口に 黒テープ貼ってるから 入れられないんだけど？何の理由でそうしてるのですか？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ レンタル品を返すとき注意してください。閉店していたので、入口横の返却ボックスに入れたのに後日訪れたら延滞とられました。スタッフに聞いたら13時の時には無くて16時に返却処理されてるとのこと。
(ここの店舗は返却予定日の翌日13時までの投函でOK)
これって単純にスタッフの確認ミスなのでは？
対応もよくないし今後の利用は考えます。
Please be careful when returning rental items. The store was closed, so I put it in the return box next to the entrance, but when I visited at a later date, it was overdue. When I asked the staff, it wasn't at 13:00 and it was returned at 16:00.
(The store here can be posted by 13:00 the day after the scheduled return date)
Isn't this simply a mistake in the staff's confirmation?
Correspondence is not good and we think about future use.
