買った後に、コールセンターから電話来て、簡単なアンケートを聞かれましたが、上層部にアンケート結果が届いているのか疑問でしたね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 欲しい車になると、他の県で商談中とか、他の県なら同じグレードの車があると言ってくる。他の営業所からだと、移送費がかなりかかるから、嫌だと言ったら、対応が変わった。
二度と行かない
次の車が直ぐに欲しい人にとっては、行くだけ時間の無駄に感じる

担当の方の対応も問題なく丁寧でしたし、なにより欲しい車がキレイな状態で買えたので個人的には普通に満足でした。
強いて言えば、ネットに書いてある金額は参考程度にしたほうがいいです。確実にオプションで値段は上がるので。割高に感じる方もいるかもしれませんが、要らないものは要らないとはっきり言える方だと大丈夫だと思います。
自分が言わなかったのもありますが、ガソリンは満タンにして欲しかったですけど、しっかり話し合いをすればサービスは付けてくれるので交渉次第だと思います。

お店に入って直ぐ大きくて元気な挨拶でびっくりしましたが、雰囲気が良く対応していただいた担当者の方（たしかイケウチさん？）の人柄もとても良かったです。
買い替え時期がまだ先という事で購入はしませんでしたが、買い替え時期にまたお伺いし購入しようと考えています。

挨拶は全員総立ちとか、ハキハキしているとかなんかもうわかりやすいくるまやさんです。
ただ、とても丁寧で接客はしっかりしていて変なものを買わされるとかはないと思いますので、おすすめできます。
店員さんの知識も豊富で、話してして困ることはないです。流石です。
子供を遊ばせておく場所もあり、トイレもきれいで、テンプレのようなしっかり！という感じです。
じゃあなんで★4なんだと言いますと、中古屋さんにしては気持ち高めな感じでした。
ものによりますし、ものすごく高いわけではないですが、それならメーカーのお店で中古車買えばいいなぁと思った次第でした。
車種によりますし、全国チェーンなのでレベルは高いと思いますので、迷っていたら一度行ってみるとよいです。
個人的にはアベカツよりはよかったです。
アベカツは割と買わせようというトークが多かったですね。
ネクステージはしっかり相手の人に合わせて買ってもらおうとしていました。
勿論、接客した人によると思いますけどね！

初めて店に来た際は、スタッフの方々の気持ちの良いあいさつにビックリ！このような店は期待できます。下取り車も高値で査定して頂き、かつ、値引きもして頂き大満足の買い物でした。オプションの提案は確かにありますが、必要に応じてつければよいので、そこはしっかりと伝えましょう。
