★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 行きたい時に予約が取れない。部屋は狭く、お風呂もなくてヨガだけなのに高い。週に3～4回行って頑張ってもまったく痩せなかったので辞めました。痩せなくてもただ汗かきたいだけの人はいいけど、私には無意味。ヨガだけでこの金額なら同じ金額でジムもプールもスタジオも全部出来る普通のジムに行きます。
I can't make a reservation when I want to go. The room is small and expensive even though there is no bath and only yoga. I quit because I couldn't lose weight at all even if I went 3-4 times a week and tried hard. People who just want to sweat without losing weight are good, but it doesn't make sense to me. For this amount of money just for yoga, I will go to an ordinary gym where you can do all the gym, pool and studio for the same amount.

スタッフ、インストラクター皆さん感じ良くて通いやすいですね。時間帯によってスタジオが狭く感じるほど人が入るので、もう少し広ければ星五つ。
食事に気をつけつつ、ホットヨガを始めて5ヶ月、10キロ痩せました。
自分には合っているようです。

I lost 10 kilos for 5 months after starting hot yoga while paying attention to my diet.
It seems to suit me.
