メインは、dvdや本だと思いますので仕方ないですよね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 参考書等品揃えが凄く良いです。ただ、私の担当して下さった少し年配の女の店員さん(Sさん)の態度がもやっとしました。ラッピングもセルフレジで出来るので次からはセルフレジでお願いしますと投げやりに聞こえてうーんと思いました。(私もセルフレジに行かなかったのが悪いのですが…)面倒臭かったならそのままレジ開けなければ良かったのに。その女の人がいる限りは行かないかな。
The assortment of reference books etc. is very good. However, the attitude of a slightly older female clerk (Mr. S) who was in charge of me was barely noticeable. Wrapping can also be done at self-registration, so I thought that it sounded like throwing when I asked for self-registration from now on. (I'm sorry I didn't go to the self-checkout ...) If it was annoying, I wish I hadn't opened the checkout as it was. I wonder if I can go as long as the woman is there.

入って本を取る時に後3分なんで～
今来たところやし、閉店の音楽も流れてるからわかってます。早く帰れってか？

ありあない接客。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アダルトDVDの所で財布を拾い店員に届けたけど？警察署なら拾った人の名前と住所は聴くと思います。ツタヤの女性の店員は何もないけど？
店長は従業員の教育はどの様な教育をしているのかな？
次の日に行って落とし主は分かりましたか？と聞いたら店長にとだけでした。
財布の中には免許証とカードと何万ものお金が入っていたので落とし主に届いているのかが気になります。

いたって普通のTSUTAYAですがそれなりの品揃えだと思います。
The parking lot is large, so you can park without stress.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 品揃えがいいのでよく利用させていただいてます。ただ店員さんが冷たくて怖い印象があります。ただ売り場担当の女性の方はすごく親切でした。
あとどうしようもないことですが不審者をよく見かけます。それはお隣の敷地のブックオフさんでも同じですが…そちらも対策をして頂けるとありがたいです。
