Wabisuke's shop, which has its main store beside the Ebisumachi shopping street in Uwajima city.
The meal while looking out at the landscaped garden is also exceptional.
Please enjoy Uwajima's local cuisine, "Taimeshi".

The Uwajima sashimi set was delicious, wasn't it? After eating, I'm looking forward to visiting the mountain house and eating Japanese sweets with plum tea. Shooting starts after rest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここの宇和島鯛めしは絶品でした。いままでで一番美味しかったです。タイの新鮮さも抜群。またさつま汁も魚の出汁が濃くて旨かったです。
何楽園の庭園内にあるお店で混んでいますが、並ぶ価値は大いにあります。じゃこてんも最高でした。

2度目の訪問です。今回は鯛めしだけの定食にしました。
鯛の量がすごく多くて満足しました。
味は初めての時と変わらず絶品でした。
じゃこ天に大根すりをのせて食べるのが、また美味しかったです。
付いていたタイみそがご飯に乗せるとそれだけで
1杯行けそうだったので帰りに売店で買って帰りました。
ここの鯛めしはタイの鮮度が抜群でコリコリと歯ごたえのある身で
最高に美味しいです。また来ます。
The Uwajima sashimi here was excellent. It was the most delicious so far. The freshness of Thailand is also outstanding. Also, the soup stock of fish was thick and delicious.
It's crowded with shops in the gardens of what paradise, but it's well worth the line. Jakoten was also the best.

This is my second visit. This time, I made a set meal only for tamemeshi.
I was satisfied with the large amount of sea bream.
The taste was as good as it was the first time.
It was delicious to eat Jakoten with daikon radish.
When the attached Thai miso is put on rice, it's just that
I thought I could go for a cup, so I bought it at the shop on my way home.
The sardines here are very fresh in Thailand and have a crunchy and chewy texture.
It's the best. I will come again.
