食べたお刺身が非常に美味しく感じたのですが、その秘密は醤油だったんじゃないかと。
カウンターに座ったので大将に醤油の銘柄を聞き出したかったところですが、お忙しそうだったので断念・・・
よくよく調べてみると愛南町に老舗醸造所があるようなので、恐らくそちらのお醤油なのかな。
お近く立ち寄った際は是非卓上醤油を使ったメニューをどうぞ！

It looks like there is a well-established brewery in Ainan town if you check it carefully, so maybe it's soy sauce there.
