With the opening of "Shirauo" at the end of January every year, a "Shirauo menu" will appear. It is the highest quality fish caught in the beautiful river in front of the shop. The sparkling and transparent "Shirauo" is so delicious that I look forward to it every year. Dancing, tempura, porridge, soup etc. are all excellent (^-^)
