まだ家に眠っている品物があるのでまた何かあれば利用させていただこうかと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回は親戚と一緒に来店しました。買取店は去年くらいから来る機会増えたけど、こちらは他の店のおたからやさんと違って安心感と丁寧さがありました。同じ、おたからやさんでも店舗によって違うのは仕方ないんでしょうかね。

お電話で対応してくださった女性は、納得いかない価格でしたらお断りしても大丈夫といってくださったのですが、来ていただいた男性買取り員の方の対応はあまり気持ちのいいものではありませんでした
私の好きなブランドにケチつける(高く売れない、人気が無いですねなど)、CHANELやエルメスヴィトン御三家が高く売れるなんて私でも知ってますわ。
押し買い並みにぐいぐい迫ってくる。
買取り辞めようか悩んでる商品返してくれない。
ほかの買取り店を悪く言う。
買取り員の男性のウンチク聞かされて、うんざりしました。
あぁーすごいですねー(棒)とだけ言っておきましたけれども。
２度目は無いですね。
本命のCHANELやエルメスは見せずに置いておいて良かったです。
買取り価格も言うほど高くありませんでしたし、他でお願いすればよかったです。
残念でした。
クチコミへの返答はコピペですし、その点も、おたからやさんの姿勢がお伺いできますよね。
買取り業者探していらっしゃる方、おたからやさんだけは辞めておいた方が懸命です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店に入ってすぐに笑顔で優しい女性が出て来られてとても安心感がありました。査定も古いデザインのアクセサリーでしたが、こちらの希望額まで限界まで近付けて買取りして下さいました。終始会話も楽しくこちらにお願いして本当に良かったです。また利用させて頂きます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 金のネックレスを査定していただいたのですが、ぼったくられるところでした。しかも、30分も帰らせてもらえず査定したネックレスも全然手元に返してもらえませんでした。
金額も安く提示してきて、同じ説明を何回も言ってきて本当にストレスでした。
結果他のお店で高く買い取ってもらいました。
完全なめられました。
もう行きません。
そしてこのお店を勧めません。
騙せると思っている魂胆に腹が立ちました。
